The BCCI released a special video offering a glimpse into the celebrations of the T20 World Cup-winning Indian team on their chartered flight from Barbados to Delhi.

The Men in Blue arrived in New Delhi early Thursday morning (July 4) to a warm welcome from fans.

The team endured a long 16-hour flight to return home, continuing their celebrations during the journey.

In the video, captain Rohit Sharma is seen striking some funny poses for the camera. Wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant is also in high spirits, while Jasprit Bumrah, Arshdeep Singh, and Suryakumar Yadav enjoy the moment with their families.

Virat Kohli is spotted holding the trophy, and Mohammad Siraj and Yuzvendra Chahal share their thoughts on becoming World Champions.

Upon landing at the Delhi airport, the Indian team was greeted with loud cheers from fans shouting “India India” and the names of their favorite players.

The Men in Blue acknowledged their supporters by waving from inside the team bus before heading to ITC Maurya Hotel in Delhi to freshen up before visiting the Prime Minister’s residence.

After meeting with PM Narendra Modi, the Indian cricket team will travel to Mumbai. In Mumbai, an open bus road show is planned to celebrate their T20 World Cup victory.
